• Continue the "Let's Learn Tinkercad!" lesson
• When you finish, move on to "Introduction to Basic Shapes."
• When you finish, move on to "How to Create a Spaceship."

8 Fusion

• Log in to projectignite.autodesk.com
• Continue the "Let's Learn Tinkercad!" lesson
• When you finish, move on to "Introduction to Basic Shapes."
• When you finish, move on to "How to Create a Spaceship."

8 Capella: 3D Modeling

• View the tutorial video again if you wish: Tinkercad Tutorial
• Go to projectignite.autodesk.com
• Click on "Join your class with a code."
• Enter this code: 1YW8-NHL4 and click Join
• On the next page click on Log In
• On the pop-up click on "More Providers."
• Click the orange "Sign in with Google" box.
• Click the blue "Continue" button
• Select "Student" on the next page and click "Done."
• Wait for me to approve your registration, then begin the first project, "Let's Learn Tinkercad."

Week of April 26-28

8 Fusion: 3D Modeling

• Click on "Join your class with a code."

  • Sit next to your partner at an iMac.
  • Watch the Talk to Me (Part I) Video Tutorial and/or read the Talk to Me (Part I) Instructions
  • Log in to MIT App Inventor
  • Start a project and open up the Android phone Emulator
  • Update the Emulator, if needed.
  • Begin working on the Talk to Me app.

  • For your first Tech grade of the year, visit the Padlet page above and leave one positive message to your 4th grade buddy class. Be sure to put your first name and last initial so that you get credit on your grade. Use good grammar and spelling.
• Organizing Google Drive
  • For your second Tech grade of the year, organize your Google Drive files into folders. Archive your documents from last year in a folder called "2014-2015." If you need more explanation of how to create folders and organize files, see this video.
